I had a great experience with the collision center. They repaired my car professionally and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. My car looks like new again, and I really appreciate the quality of their work and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this collision center to anyone who needs auto body repairs. I had an excellent experience with Hyundai Round Rock Collision Center. Their response time was incredibly fast, and everyone was professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Compared to other collision centers I contacted, this location was by far the best in terms of communication and customer service. A special thank you to Veronica. She was outstanding. She always responded quickly, kept me updated, and made a very stressful situation much easier. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. I highly recommend this collision center, especially if Veronica is handling your case.

The work they did was excellent but the customer service was not. I went in with a Tesla claim and they immediately began with a negative mentality that it would be a terrible experience since I dropped off my vehicle. They even told me they were treating me differently only because it was Tesla. It was said that if it was any other insurance, it would have been better. To clarify - Tesla had no delays on their end. They processed everything in a timely matter. Tesla had been responsive and pretty easy to work with other than long holds, like most places. I’m not sure why they thought they were so difficult. It took a lot of legwork on my end to get the payment processed and my vehicle returned. The agent I was assigned to was extremely rude and the manager was not much help either. The ladies up front were great.

Great people. Our car was repaired, they worked with our insurance company and everything has been done. After the repair, we noticed the driver's seat and the front passenger's seatbelt had stuff on them. Round Rock Collision Center cleaned the driver's seat and is replacing the seatbelt free of charge. Lastly, the repair and the paint job that was done carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as we own the car! I highly recommend them!

I do not recommend this place if you want to keep your car in good condition. Unfortunately, I took my car to have the rear part fixed and the following problems arose: 1. It took them a month to fix the car, a time that the insurance only considered 22 days of access for the rental of the car that Enterprise gave me. This resulted in me not being able to receive my deposit on the day I delivered the car to enterprise. 2. The warranty they give for the (original) parts is one year. 3. When I received my car I realized that they had completely scratched the flat phone charger, I told the person who fixed the car, Mr. Scott Jones, that that was not the condition in which I had delivered the car, that they had completely scratched the charger, Mr. Scott told me that possibly it was the people who had cleaned the car. Mr. Scott called the manager Kevin Zimmerman who in a rude and racist manner told me that I had delivered the car in that condition and that they are not responsible for the damage they did. I added photos of what my car is currently like after the big mistake of taking my car to this place. Please be very alert when taking your car to these types of people.
